The hotel staff are very courteous and supportive. The restaurant staff Bhuvan and Vinod were very responsive for for room service and dine in. The hotel has a good location and offers trekking under guidance of Mr Manoj Bisht who is a excellent photographer as well. The reception staff including Pavan and Khusboo also guided us about local sight seeing. Suggestions for improvement: The restaurant menu is a very limited for veg and in that also lot of items are not available. The portion size is also very less as compared elsewhere. The prices aren't expensive but isn't cheap as well. Cleanliness of sofa's, cushion, quilt etc. can be improved as well.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient, specially Prateek, Pan and chef Mohit. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Play area for kid to enjoy and hospitality of staff was exceptional
