"I had a disappointing experience at Himview Camp Mukteshwar. The advertised facilities were not as described—basic amenities were lacking, and the cleanliness standards were below expectation. Despite the beautiful location, the camp staff were unresponsive and seemed unprepared for handling requests. The food options were limited, and the quality didn't meet the price paid. Additionally, several activities were either unavailable or poorly organized. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was delivered, and I wouldn't recommend it for those expecting a comfortable and well-maintained campsite." The hotel staff and manager were asking for extra money for all basic amenities.. "My experience was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed irritated by basic questions and requests. This lack of respect made me feel unwelcome, and it significantly impacted the overall experience. Hospitality should prioritize customer comfort, but that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior is unacceptable and discourages guests from returning."
