Good hotel... clean tidy and friendly people.. But it isnt a couple friendly hotel. Visitors are not allowed too!

they have two hotel names for the same building, saptagiri rooms & HIY rooms, the bed was un hygiene and they didnt have pillow covers, wen asked to change the bedsheets and pillow covers their suggestion was to cover the pillows with bedsheet. No coverage what so ever, forget internet, you can happily switch off ur phone. Positive side is you have Aachi Mess beside the hotel, which has tasty food at reasonable rates.

UNCLEAN ROOMS and RUDE SERVICE There was no hot water, and when I requested the room service for this, I got a rude reply. Rooms were not clean. It is not worth the money.

It was a surprise and pleasure experience. Room is very good. Especially the toilet. Maintained well.. Only negative is the check in time. I reached hotel by early mor 6. Since check in time was 12 I was forced to pay 500 extra whereas the room charge is 1000. If management consider and make the check in time by Mor its very much helpful for visitors like us.

I was staying in the HIY rooms, coimbatore for 3 days. I feel the receptionist - Mr. Tamil, and the room boy - Mr. Akeel, had shown the atmost care and made the stay feeling as if I stay in my own house. Very supportive receptionist I ever met. Right from the cab booking, food, they took atmost care in booking for me. THANK YOU MR. TAMIL :) :) I will recommend HIY Rooms ( Kamadhenu Residency) to my friends also :) :) and I will choose HIY Rooms for my future stays.

Regret to say that, we didn't find any hotel names on hiy rooms on the,given address, it was a very bad experience. The hotel owner must have to make sure that the proper address is mentioned ... The hotel actual name was found Sapthagiri nest. Regards Bikash Chandra Edbar

It was very difficult to find the location ...there is no property with the name of HIY rooms...when I had booked it showed me an address of Saptgiri nest Tatabad... after reaching there ...I was redirected to a different property ..however the property was good..

It's a budget hotel , had to stay overnight due to heavy rains as we could not proceed to munnar. The staff is very helpful and co-operative.
