Hotel is good , Rooms are spacious but the upkeep is very very poor. In one night i had to call twice for the light fluctuations in room. The switch boards are all very outdated and burnt because of which my phone charger got burnt and poor quality switches in room. No valet facility in hotel which is not at all expected , i had to drop my luggage and then go an park my car and that to at a far distance and come back in rain with out any help from staff.

Awesome place not a Single hotel in ranchi same like holiday home fully in open area even in very attractive place kanke road.breakfast is really awesome.room size superb family with kids can enjoy alot.some place lacking that manpower experience but some front office team are fully cooperative .Enjoyed alot.

Not as such problem every thing was fine. Hotel is good and value for money also. Hotel people provide an excellent service over there. Nice people are working there. Food was also fine and I had my food there. Hotel is located on a good location. Nice hospitality are there. Hotel is over all neat and clean.

needs urgent updating.. flash and exhaust was not working in washroom..room was not ready on time but they ask for on time check out with rudeness..not at all recommended with family..just for night stay with last option..

Room maintenance is extremely poor. The toilet is not user friendly. Doors are not closing properly. Even after request News channels could not be provided in the room TV. Food is very costly and not healthy.

Best for honeymoon in city! Will highly recommend the suite for couple with jacuzzi! Lovely stay, yummy food excellent service by all staff. Special thanks to shatrudhan at front desk and bablu at restaurant.

Not value for money , cleanliness needs to be improved , service and food quality is average , no Gym , they have wedding party going on, lawn was very dirty in the morning for morning walk.
