I booked my stay at holiday in, but due to some issue it was not updated in their inventory, and because of that they asked me to shift to another hotel(Alpha Services). First of all i booked for homestay and they moved me to the lodge.... When I reached and contacted that guy he don't even guide me properly and switched off his mobile. I was just roaming at 5.30 am on the roads of chikmaglur in the morning. Somehow I found that lodge and the manager of that hotel told I dont if anything has been booked on your name so I have to just stand outside the hotel for 1 hour, some how that hotel guy picked my call and spoke to the manager then I was ask to get into the room and when I stepped in ,it was really a conjusted place, under construction,no ventilation, bathroom was too small. I felt really bad and I tried contacting ..team but they kept me on hold for long time. But anyways since I have to just spend one night I thought ok let's stay and move, but thinking of the hotel while having sight seeing decided to better leave on the same day instead of spending night. ... It was my first booking and had such a bad experience...

Good place to stay if you are visiting for 2-3 nights. No food available though. It is better to carry on the way to room. They will order the food from the nearest restaurant if you ask them to. Manjunath and care taker are gentle and helpful. Care taker arranged Bon Fire for us along with some fries and coffee. View surrounding the home the mesmerizing. You can go to the terrace and enjoy the fresh air along with Fog. Rooms are clean and hot water is available to bath as bathrooms have geysers. Small insects in the evening and night can be found in the room but that is expectable due to the surrounding barren area.

The property is located far from the market area. The staffs were just fine but the experience of ours was very poor as there was no power in this property. The door of the bathroom was broken and one of the bed was also broken.

They not allowed to stay in the property.. Do not book in this property.. They will simply ask you to cancel the booking since the resort is not ready.. Its waste of ur money and waste of your time..

It was an excellent stay at chickmagalur. The home Stay is in good atmosphere and near to city centre. The room was very clean and hygienic and staffs are very Cooperative. overall we enjoyed a lot.

It is located 1 KM away from the main city area.Staffs & services were good and cleanliness was also okay. Didn't faced any such issues and the stay was was comfortable and had a good experience.
