We have a booked this hotel, but when i called the hotel guys they told rooms r not available at the location which i booked. They told me to go to some other location which is far, then i called the helpline. After having a communication with the helpdesk person n hotel representative they told room is available at the location i booked. After visiting the hotel again the same issue repeated that room is not available and they asked me to travel to some other location. I refused to go, then they discussed with some adjacent hotel guys and provided me the room. ......Am totally disappointed with the experience i faced.

the service is really bad. there is no signage or board, so it is really difficult to find the exact location. there is no reception and even no one is there to assist you. they are not providing proper information also. flat is good bt the service is worst.

breakfast was not provided..hotel address varies from given data n top of it if working people are not present there would be no chance of contacting anyone as there is no reception facility

Please take care of the cleanliness. There were literally some gutka packets lying in the cupboard when we checked in. Location is good. Mark it in google maps for god's sake..

The service is very good, staff is very helpful. Great amenities and the wi-fi is great. Only the bathrooms could use exhaust fans, else i would give it 5 stars.

goibibo location for this service apartment is one area but this actual location is other area.. please don't repeat this type of wrong locations...

This is not a hotel. also no room service. you have to repeatedly ask for breakfast. no hotel made food. buys everything from roadside stall.

The service was really bad. This is in an apartment rather than hotel. Also the road leading to this house is completely under construction.

It is in Remote location and roads are bad. There was lot of mosquitoes in the room where I stayed in 2nd floor. There was no All Out also.
