Before book this home stay pl confirm breakfast is inclusive or not, bcoz we booked for 4 days including breakfast but owner denied for breakfast & ask separate charge for breakfast, we are very disappointed, Home Stay is just ok, There is a lots of scope for good arrangements but it depends upon property owner, room is big but bed & mattresses is very poor, due to pillows & blankets are very thin can't get good sleep, commod focet water pressure is very low, hot water boiler is despense only 15lit of hot water then after we have to wait for half hours for hot water, in these four days room cleaning happened only 1day, property location & owner is good but it is not worth. Property is located middle of madikeri city & lots of good hotel surround it like Udpi Garden, Nil kitchen both hotel are have very good taste.Property owner guide us for site scenes & helps for booking cars.

Perfect hotel to stay at coorg. The host and The person who manages the day to day requirements are awesome. You don't feel it is a hotel, it's a home. If time permits i could have stayed many more days. I stayed in a lot of places in Ooty, munnar , waynad but never got this kind of environment. The location is quite peaceful. very near to the bus stand and walking from Raha Peth. Rooms are spouse and have two bathrooms. good view from balcony. Everything in the rooms is well maintained and detailed, all switches have indications of usage, Blacket sprayed with perfume, comode flush have harpic soap in it. I love all the arrangements they have made. one suggestion to the owner , go for a hotel chain and help us to stay in many more places with you.

Room is very Clean and tidy... A good fragrance scattered all over in room.. very helping nature of Caretaker... they will cook meals for you if you tell them.. or a Good Veg Hotel at stone throwing distance from stay... Overall best experience...
