We booked a total of 8 rooms but they were asking us to accommodate in 4 rooms. Check-In time was 11 AM as mentioned in the booking, but they gave all 8 rooms @1:00 pm. There was no hot water in the morning. I added one extra star just for their support when we celebrated the birthday of one of our family members. Another extra star for Romeo, who helped us to carry luggage, he tried adding some more wood to the boilers pit when we complained about hot water. The view from the terrace is awesome.

they don't give us room as per bookingthey ask for more money per head 3000/- rupees .for one night stay in hotel and per night in sam desert.with jeep safari and camel safari with dinner and breakfast.but food and accommodation is horrible.we don't have photos.trip was so bad.children and leadiea member are very disappointed.😥very bad tripWe don't take photo's Mood out of our allExperience is so horrible.They don't gave us room as per booking.So bad experience

What a beautiful hotel At the time of booking i thought that the hotel is cheap because I got the deal in very cheap price But when I visited the hotel I found that this is not only hotel it is very beautiful and big palace. I really like the service of staff specially the boy ROMIO.final words I must say that if you want homely atmosphere you should definitely stay here. They also gave me great package of desert safari,camel safari and desert stay

Room was clean, 4 bed dormitory, cosy beds, one big fan and AC at night, nice rooftopbar. The only problem, the manager will ask you all the time if you want to book a safari or something, and the staff is using the toilet of the dormitory, and the bathroom is not getting cleaned. It also stinks really hard, hygiene cannot be found there. Still 3 stars, because it's incredible cheap, makes up one star

Horrible service at the hotel. We booked a 4 bed mixed dorm, the hotel management overbooked the rooms through cash and carry customers and made us to stay in the basement with no washroom or AC, because the room that we booked was already given to other customers who paid at reception and checked in early.

The hostel stay is awesome and the people are very nice.They are welcoming they told me to see this as their home and do accordingly. They are having swimming pool which is very neat and clean. They are having a rooftop rrstaurant which has nice view and recommend for all people family and solo travellers

infrastructure was good,but some amenities in side room like basin was not working, hot water was available but with multiple followup.tv was not working. they have to pay attention towards customer satisfaction. this was my second time stay but it was not good in compare to previous one.
