Very Bad, Full of dirt, No cleanness,Drainage chokeup,Bad smell every where , food quality is very bad, dinner plates & glasses uses again without wash.All shown pics by them pic is new hritik palace & the stay is in old hritik palace...... . There are many more hotels in khajjiar.Don't stay in hritik palace.Very Very VERY BAD.I pay ...per night for 2 rooms booked before 2 months. Belive me I will never see that kind of dirt & very bad food quality we avoid dinner & breakfast he served so we drink milk at night mix with saffron & in morning he serve again milk in same glasses without wash the glasses the saffron is there. Plates & cups are gressy he never ever wash it.I stay in front of kitchen. I saw a full of dirtyness there....... please don't book this hotel.He only makes a money not give you service.Non hygenic.No satisfaction. every corner has a full of dirt.

The worst hotel I have been to. Managed by a bunch of unprofessional people. Very Dirty and stinky. Under construction. Exorbitantly priced. You would wonder for the price they would have something decent. This stay ruined my vacation. I got sick(acute diarrhea) in the night from the food there.... . Did not expect this from them. I want my money back for this stay.

I would say it's very pathetic hotel. Super deluxe room was smell very badly, It is under construction, hotel staff was very disgusting not cooperative at all...breakfast and dinners was also very poor..not even recommend one rating.

Very disappointing experience, the room was shabby with low quality furnitures, Insects were roaming around then room. Please work on the hygiene of the toilet. Worst experience, not value for money at all
