When we came to Hotel with your booking Voucher Manager Denied us giving room as he already traded the room with others, then on lots of insistence and pressuring the Manager as we were accompanied with our mom dad who aged more the 74 yrs..then he finally agreed on giving 2 rooms.. we said we have booking of 3 then Manager started arguing with us and pressurising us to cancel full booking.. and then we back answered him how he cant take our booking..if he didnt have any room.. they shldnt have booked rooms.. finally he gave us the 3 room which is totally rubbish and we want our entire money back for the same today itself.. the room from start to end was rubbish and had no good thing as per the value..we request you to refund our entire amount and also extra amt for the harrrasment we suffered during our visit..

the hotel room is not worth they donn have adequate number of staff for management. one of the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen the bathroom had lizard and was like a public toilet ! the lift too was filled with flour and was super dirty . the managers are also quite rude and have attitude the restaurant too was super dirty the was 1 female managing the whole restaurant from taking orders to cleaning the table.
