Rooms & in general property is good Front desk is polite, considerate & Helping, these are the only 2 reasons for third star other staff are very bad & unprofessional Valet is almost never present, i was asked to channel between in room services and bar for ice again and again, also was demanded to pay for ice which was otherwise free till afternoon

this is horrible placei did not get hot water tap broken no one botheredalmirah in bad shapezero hospitality even tv had no recharge food of low quality and that third party event on 31 st..worst in those yearsfood over within an hour.and absolute chaosall events wala running aimlessly n zero hospitality n respect once again...in all big zero
