Broken taps, broken cabinet which makes horrible sounds, stinky glasses and spider webs everywhere in the bathroom (all pics attached) not worth at all at this price, requested 45 mins extra, guy at desk said okay in the night, but another man at desk in the morning said not possible,same policy for everyone and then first said 15 mins okay and then 30 mins and should pay for whole day if wanted to stay for more time, that means rooms are available but he'd doesn't wanted us to stay for 45 mins extra, also the way he said was not polite, but not rude though, there is no co-ordination between the staff, cant plan the day properly trusting their words, didn't want to argue with them also, just left the hotel, not recommended at this rate, expensive for this small room in this small hotel

This hotel is a gem in Bangalore. I reached about 12 AM (midnight) and the guy at the reception welcomed me and completed the check in within 2 minutes, which was really really nice. The room I got was on the third floor and it was completely noise free. The room was a little bit small but it was very clean and well maintained. The washroom, sheets and towels were super clean. AC was working fine. The bed was comfortable. I got a peaceful sleep. At the time of reception they completed the check out within a minute, and also asked if I had faced any issues. I like this kind of hotel who really cares about their guests. It's a good hotel for all kinds of travellers. Anyone who is looking for a decent budget hotel then he/she can go for it. Staff behaviour, cleanliness.

overall a decent place for stay and lts located on the main road which make accessibility very easy for shopping and to explore restaurants and bars ...some decent restaurants and bars are in surroundings. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very professional and know the meaning of hospitality. the person and front desk missed his name but he was very polite and the rooms were spacious with a window which gives a great view. amenities like tvs,Ac wifi and towels along with water bottles were provided. staff was really nice and helpful rooms were very clean although size was bit small and washrooms equipments were working but not upto mark eg sink drain not working properly and shower was also not dispensing properly additionally they charged me extra 500 rs because they thought bed sheet was stained ehich i felt was unprofessional and kept calling me again and again to pay
