Only positive thing was room size. It was as big as mentioned in the room description. I don't recommend this hotel for this price range. Room : Looks good in photos, however it was not maintained well. Floor tiles had stains here and there. Bed/mattress was good but cupboard was just okay. Bathroom: Bathroom fittings were new and functional, however toilet water gun was old, floor was dirty and false ceiling was partially open. Hot water was not available in the morning due to power outage. Towels were very old and had holes. Power backup: Very basic back up was provided (for one light+fan+socket in the room & one light in bathroom). Balcony: Decent size, very normal view. Accessibility: Last stretch of the road was narrow.

clean and spacious hotel with good staff service. but the major concern is the road towards the hotel. it's pathetic. As per the map it's walkable. but it's peak slope you can't walk and very bad road condition. even with your own vehicle it's a bit difficult. Food: breakfast is good. it's like homemade. But the hotel doesn't provide any lunch or dinner. and they'll buy it from outside. if you want to go out of the hotel doesn't have many contacts to auto or cab. and the price you are going to bear for auto/cab would be costly due to the road conditions. verdict: if you have your own vehicle and are okay with the road conditions then you are going to get a spacious clean room with a balcony.

Disappointing Experience - This hotel left much to be desired. The facilities were minimal, and the staff was limited and not particularly efficient. While the rooms themselves were decent and offered beautiful hill views from the balcony, everything else was lacking. The breakfast was subpar, both in quality and quantity. On the first day, it was served at 9 am, and on the second day, despite starting at 8:30 am, only idli was available. Overall, it was a frustrating stay with very little to recommend.

Amazing hotel. It's super clean and the staff is really amazing. We had second thoughts about booking the place since it seemed a little small from outside but the room was huge. It had clean running water and an amazing crew for looking after the guests. One of the staff members even arranged a night safari for us and made sure we reached the hotel back safely. Even though the hotel is new, they made sure that the guests are taken care of.
