Hotel location is awesome, river flowing very next to hotel and mountains are other locations are at walking distance. Amenities were not like 5 star but staff was much better than any hotel I ever stayed. I booked by mistake standard room which was had some limitations like no hot water and room was not spacious but staff upgraded my room to deluxe room without any cost and food quality was also good. Experience was far better than money we paid.

Best in Sonmarg. The view from the room was excellent with snow capped mountains. If the outside temperature was -10°c, you will feel warm when you enter the room and the heating system is that good. Geyser and Electric blanket are available but we didnt use blanket as the room itself was warm.Dont forget to have tiffin along with a cup of coffee..The tiffin was so tasty and the coffee too. We had a great stay.

I had a family stay here in June. Rooms were awesome with super view of snowy mountains and had all the necessary amenities. Hot water was provided that too in summer season. Room had heaters, wifi, tea coffee making items, room slippers. Breakfast was liked by everyone and dinner also satisfied each on of us. Thanks for good hospitality, looking forward to stay here again in my next visit.

I stayed in Imperial Resort for one night. Best service I’ve ever experienced. The staff there were so cooperative and friendly from reception to service ken. The food quality is phenomenal. Chai OMG…must try. I would love to stay with Imperial Resort if I ever happen to go to sonamarg again. Overall great experience

first all amazing Kashmir, their people and hospitality. super view from hotel front and back.lush green trees with glacier view in front and river flowing view at back. Along with a big green lawn.Hotel rooms are spacious , beautiful and staff helpfull.Maybe the best hotel in sonamarg.

great location can view snowladden mountain even in october and if season then its snow snow n lots of snow in front...amazing view n amazing service...contact hotelier for better bargain if go for thajwais galcier instead of agents roaming for zero point sihght seeing ...

It was a wonderful and cozy stay at the Imperial Resort. The hotel staff is very cooperative and highly courteous. Whosoever is visiting sonmarg I must recommend Imperial to stay at and you would have an amazing stay with Mesmerizing views. Food is equally good!

Situated at scenic location. you can get 360 view of Sonmarg from here. Staff are helpful and cooperating. Food served was tasty. We tried Dum Aloo Kashmiri and Chiken rogan josh. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. View from window was fantastic.

location is good, we even got an update of room and the interior plus amenities were first class. Owner was very humble and helpful, only suggestion is if rooms with view of valley can be made available it would be cherry on the cake.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, and the rooms are beautiful. The views of the valley are beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
