Inspira resort

its seems the resort is old and is not run by the founding owner, the name is also changed, resort is no more resort but feels like Waterpark with loud music since afternoon till night 9pm, my 2 days relaxation trip was really horrible. when requested the staff to stop the music they said other guest's wanted DJ music and on that we asked if atleast they can shift our room from poolside to far away where there is less sound on that the staff said it's not possible as we have booked the hoteland booking they will be giving specific rooms only. The rooms were ok but not worth the cost as nothing was working electric kettle we asked them to change as it was not working, the exhaust fan in rest room was also not functional, tiles in the bathrooms are all broken , window glass of the room facing the pool has a transparent glass (should have been tinted/one way glass) as due to which we couldn't keep the curtains open, everyone could see through it , no privacy at all.

Very bad 1. Ac s not working, after frequent complaints by us they changed the room 2. Water clogged in sink in all rooms 3. They don't have liquor license but they tell in booking voucher alcohol allowed. On asking they say bring your own we don't sell 4 on their advertise board & name itself they write Spa. But there us no spa there 5. They write welness room and gym on board bit actually they don't have it 6. They write chideren play area but they don't have it

1.There was no menu available. It was under construction. Could not decide what to order and the rates. 2. There was no liquor license with the Hotel. 3. The rooms had a bad peculiar smell. There was no air freshener of any sort. 4.There was nothing extra provided like most resorts have, a sports area or gaming area. No activities at all 5. The food was highly expensive. 6.Will not recommend my friends or relatives to the resort ever.

Reception was good, even during late hours. Linen and cleanliness, courtesy, was good. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. Toiletries were adequate. Mosquitoes, a few, kept company with us, thereby not allowing us to sleep. Breakfast was average, not matching the rent charged or the stars claimed.
