This peaceful 2-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of our family home with a modern terrace kitchen and is managed by myself (and remotely by my son and daughter-in-law). Guests have their own private entrance via an outdoor staircase, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. Close to Kuzhupilly Beach, Nedungad island, and other famous tourist spots. Nearby local gyms, grocery stores with fresh produce, and vibrant markets. Ideal for a relaxing getaway with everything you need! The space The house is located on the first floor of our family home and includes 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom and a second room that can be used as a workspace or bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms and a modern terrace kitchen equipped with most amenities. Guests can access the house through a private exterior staircase, ensuring convenience and privacy. The beach is a 30-minute walk away via a private road behind the house, and Nedungad village is just 15 minutes away by foot, with beautiful water bodies to the east. Great groceries and home delivery are available, with fresh fish being a local specialty! Guest access The listed property and the entire terrace are exclusively for guests. They are also welcome to walk around the property to explore the various trees, such as Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Mango, Mangosteen, Malabar Tamarind, Teak, and more. Other things to note Please note: This is a 2 bedroom with terrace kitchen spacious apartment, with one balcony and open terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with an office table, an executive chair, and a seating couch. You can use this as a living room. The TV is on a portable stand, so you can move it between rooms. The guests can walk around the property where we have a garden on three sides, and in the evening, it will be lit up with ambient lights. The Entrance courtyard is exclusively for guest and feel free to change the chair position for privacy.
