the rooms are not cleaned properly, washroom was smelling very bad, bedsheets has so many stains, towels are stinking. they promised a late check-out on availability but they didn't provide a late checkout and said we don't provide. staff behavior was very rude while asking for checkout they literally shouting for an extra 5 minutes and started to knock the door before the checkout time. a horrible experience.

room cleanliness is good location is good only problem is food and their very rigid of not changing it we are getting morning breakfast with something mix veg gravy with lot of curry which I requested to change or requested that next breakfast should be change they are really rigid not changing it

The property is spacious but hygiene is a big issue. Staff was rude but the location is prime. I would expect clean sheets and cooperative staff The experience was ok as we got rooms next to each other but hygiene and unprofessionalism by staff ruined it a little

I had the worst experience with this booking. The staff weren't good. The bed sheets were dirty. I would suggest there is the same hotel in the same line with same amount go with that thank you 🙏

earlier i stayed on a good room now fhe rooms become less spacious and when i asked for a replacement the staff is not considering it . very bad experience this time

My rating about this hotel is average. It is relatively small rooms. No proper hangars Hotel people not supportive. For small small things they get irritated.

The rooms are good, clean and ventilated. These is no kitchen in the hotel so need to order food from outside. Not even tea kettle is available.
