The hotel people denied for refund of my stay. I had to check out as the place wasn't safe. & the hotel people didn't have that much of sense & tried to be so rude to the customer care people when they were trying to talk about refund. I just expected for the partial amount. But the manager denied for that too. I lost my for nothing!

Tata sky was deactivated from day one of my 4 day stay. Pathetic breakfast which they get from outside as they do not have kitchen. Room was above average and the location good. No television. Atrocious breakfast

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager Milan along with the room service guys Anand, naveen, sachin etc Clean rooms, on the main street, east to navigate to. Definitely returning!
