Review for 2 days stay based on key points below:1. Facilities and room comfort - Good and swimming pool was also good that Kids enjoyed. Though Extra bed provided is super thin mattress2. Service - Terribly slow. The room did not have a TV remote and it took them an hour to come with an alternative and that too that person switched TV on and took the remote back. Again the next day the same story an hour wait until you get remote. On checkout day we asked for Boy to carry luggage literally it took them 20 mins to send, when I asked they said boy went to toilet( not joking) seems they only had 1 boy to attend 25 to 40 rooms.3. Location - Far away from the City and takes about 35 to 40 mins to go to the City center4. Food - Average. For a family of 4 as accomplishments they served exactly 4 slices of onion and 1 lemon slice ... when asked just 1 slice of lemon they said "complementary main itna hi aata hain". We ordered Ghee Chapati and that was served actually made of maida and rubberry...terrible chapati. Dal khichdi was good and Paneer butter masala was ok types. Next day morning breakfast Aaloo paratha was good as we asked them to make from Wheat.

This resort has very homelike vibes and honestly the building feels like something straight out of an indian soap, location might be a trouble if you dont have your own commute, The staff are very well behaved and they cater to our needs, the rooms were clean and kept well and the breakfast was a cherry on the top.

Good property. Service was just pathetic u have to wait hours for even for a glass of water. Swiming pool is too little to enjoy. Food is expensive and no variety is available. For everything you have route thru reception no direct lines for any service
