Hotel is sead to be a home away from home and this place completely justify this statement truly homely and the rooms are clean and food is awesome true taste of konkan we loved it we were on a family trip and we all enjoyed a lot it's a home stay and thank you to Masal family. 100%recemended to people who want to experience a stay in true konkan family should try this place. people who want to stay in a typical hotel don't go here you will end up spoiling your stay and others as well. beautiful room and place will carry this memory for life. keepup this Good work Masal family. all the best.. Bed is not good. When we went for sleep then its getting some plywood sound. People going to enjoy there and after a full day excersion we need rest and we are spending bed time pnky at hotel for rest but if such type of bed providing to customer then how we will get relax. Whole noght we were not able to sleep there. Aslo worst case is they need to provide correct gps address or locaton . We wasted 2 hours to reach at hotel. Need to call them 5-6 times for correct way. Its worst experience in my life as we are usually going outside every 2-3 minths.

It was pleasant and peaceful stay. Rooms are very clean and specious enough. Home made food and very good. One can experience pure kokan feel with ambiance and surroundings of the property. Beach is on walkable distance. Caretakers of the property are very clear and helpful. As this homestay best place for family as not commercial. There is enough space outside the room and separate terrace space which is good for kids to play and safe

beach is just 10 minutes walking distance. and location of this place is great. Market is just a street away. Food was awesome, just like homemade. Breakfast was also good. And tea in the morning was a bliss. Got parking easily for the car and 2-wheeler. Although did not get any towel and handwash instead of soap in the basin should be there. Please carry your own handwash and towel. apart from that everything was great.

Our Stay was more than Perfect, thanks to the lovely Host Family (Mr Masal and Co.) Location was perfect, just a walking distance from Murud Beach. Food was Awesome which was prepared by our Lovely Hosts. location is Very good, Safe and Secure. No need to worry about anything, Just Enjoy the Vacation !!

The experience of going here was very family-like. The homestay is very well maintained. Homestay is surrounded by plenty of trees. If you want good, home-cooked food and hospitality, go here. The owners here inquire with affection and are hospitable. You will get a much better experience than a hotel.

Extremely pristine environment. This place is situtated at the heart of Murud, surrounded by coconut trees. It is home away from home. The owner is caring and very supportive. If you are travelling to Murud then please stay at Janki villa.

Its not like hotel but home like feeling without TV and room service. Cleaning and changing bed sheet or towel won't be done unless you complain about it. overall its ok ok.... But, They don't provide service as they charge.

Location was bit inside. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Owner was handling the services and I didn't found any time restriction there. Specifically it was bungalow type and very basic room available.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay, located at a peaceful environment. The hosts are really really caring and follows the dharma of "Atithi deva bhava". Tasty home style food availavle and over all - value for money.
