hospitality, humanity, professionalism, manners, ethics, and truth.Above all this is not a hotel it is that serve *COCKROACHES* in lunch and dinner.The owner doesn't have any control on his staff as on any complaint by guests staff laugh at the face of the owner.The only thing good about this hotel is its location which is near to Dargah Shareef and health just to walk less after travelling hundreds of kilometer please go ahead and stay in "JANNAT" where Allah will take care of you and your family.No Covid19 protocol are being followed by hotel management. Very disappointed by the service. First of all they refused to provide me with a room in the hotel and told me to cancel the booking. After one hour they provided me with one room which was not the same as per booking which was the royal room. They were given expired products for tea and coffee. The room was very dirty, bugs were moving on the bedsheet. They keep rooms reserved for black when there is any festival pick time and make the cost double. Very very cheap and bad service.

Jannat Hotel Management have No Respect for Guest. I have booked Royal Deluxe room for three night but regret to say I checkout after 2 night. Room Ambience was poor, and Bed Quality is poorer as the Bed makes itching sound and Bed Sheet was just 3 Inch broad, which feels like we were sleeping on Floor.

Rooms are smaller and kinda congested. Also upon checkin we were informed that the rooms are all booked. And they will be agiving us room in their other hotel. My question is, if the rooms are not available then why take the booking. Also the rooms are not at all hygienic...

Good Hotel, Location is near to Dargah Shareef, it's just walking distance from "Buland Darwaza" of Dargah Shareef. The hotel is on the way to "Dhai din ka jhopra".Good staff with professional etiquette.In the house, restaurant delivers quality foods

Stay Away they are looters it's more or less a guest house with upgraded version. you can get better options at the same price. I was getting Ramada almost at the same price but I went with jannat for it's close proximity to Dargah

I booked for a royal deluxe room, but first night they provided normal room and also offer me to stay their another hotel. This kind of commitment is really not acceptable..
