Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

Spacious newly renovated/ constructed neat & clean rooms but beddings are too much dirty. Zero hospitality. l stayed for a night. I made about 5-6 calls to reception at about 11.00 P.M but no one attended. It may be good for short stay during day time but don't stay for night.

Stayed for 4days in Dec '17.Overall the hotel is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Only veg food is available, which is ok, but costly. Location is far from the main town and getting transport is a problem.Staff helpful and courteous. TV blackout is frequent.
