Hospitality is not up to the expectation. No one pick our enquiry call @ Reception.They don't have a facility to provide a Ice cubes even if u ready to pay for it. Intercom will be placed in room as a show piece, not even connected with port. for each and evrythi we should go and find a persons in and around resort. If u ask additional plates or knife to keep ur fruits or snacks then they r ready to provide either paper or plastic plate ONLY.. bcz outside foods r not allowed. such a nasty slogan only conveyed by all service persons. Room Condition: 3/5. Really very very hard to get room freshener from service person. Rest room tap always drops water. Except soap we don't get any other necessary items in Restroom include additional Towels. Sea View : Yes we can hav good sea view from Resort. if you like to get into water then u need to cross slam area surrounded by Pig and street dogs.

spacious rooms. great location, walkable from beach and next to light house. pool is good, though water is not so clean. cleanliness in room could be improved. friendly and responsive staff. there was a initial scare when the "chef" was not allowing to check-in cos he dint see the gpay reflecting....had to wait a little there. and again the "chef" allotted a room which had a funny smell, cockroaches and a non-functional AC. had already unpacked when again had to shift to other room where it was all fine. except for that experience, everything else was fine. non-veg food is only available, so I had walked a little distance where lots of eateries are there near bus stand. fine. better for bachelor parties.

Worst experience I have ever had with a resort like this. We stayed there on December 30and 31st within this two days not a single room service provided to us. 1:Rooms are dirty and and not properly painted . 2: Basic facilities like wash basin is not there . 3: Toilet seats are broken and in poor condition. 4: Tv channel are only inTamil language . 5: No intercom. 6: They allowed local boys to have drink and party all over the night next to our room, should have basic courtesy for the guests with family. 7: Mid of the night they started fighting with each other and it's not at all safe feeling for us. Not recommending to anyone plz stay away from this ...3k per night is waste of my money what I feel.

Absolutely not maintained. Poor service. Had to ask for everything several times and yet requests went unanswered. Woke me up every morning early for random things, like asking to pay the previous day's food bill while I am still on bed. Second day went a step ahead asking me to pay the entire room tariff once again. Were asking me to pay in cash. Had to ask for the Managing Director to get it sorted. Nobody in the premises speaks English. Absolutely pathetic. Never to return.
