Do not fall for their pictures. We reserved for JK Cafe and Cottages well in advance on 11.01.25 and checked in at 10.30 a m. on 15.01.25. Waited till 3.30 p.m. and finally the management said that all rooms are Sold Out. Shocked to hear this and stand for hours on the roadside and he finally took us to some dungeon room near a slum place. The place is far from JK cafe and the staff is rude with us after making us wait for 5 hours. Half day stay is already spoiled and wasted even after having advance reservation. VERY POOR RESORT.

The room was not at all nice .. there were good amount of insects inside the room and we had to kill them to sleep requested for a room change but it didn't happen for our 3 night stay. During check out staff were not available to hand over the keys.I personally felt that they are not looking after resort responsibilities but concentrating more on their restaurant.No ventilation, no wifi and tv.Over all not a good experience.

Total experience was not good. But it required lot of maintainance in toilet. No cleanliness. Bad smell when you enter the room. The restaurant they run is vary good for sea food. Not recommended for stay. It's safe for family but rooms & toilets are not clean. It required a lot of maintenance.

The room was very decent and good value for money. Although there was no in-call services, they gave us what we wanted on time without much of a hazzle. The accommodation was budget friendly and was comfortable for our needs.

first day Jo Hume room Mila wo sahi nahi tha room maintain nhi tha pillow cover fata hua tha room bhi ekdum gnda tha ...layak bhi nhi tha aur fair aese room ka Aisa tha ...but manager copartive the...staff is not cooperative

property and location is good. but in my case AC, WiFi and TV is not working and AC issue later resolved. poor customer service but overall rooms are different and good

Never book this resort for room. Frequently power disruption and need to call them every time and rooms are tidy and bed is so old
