it feel like my trip was disturbed at Heavenlok due to being at wrong place. we got to struggle for unwanted small issues like lack of power supply causing AC/ Geyser not working, no Cable connection, delay in breakfast. that cause u delayed at your planned activities. good newly developed infrastructure, but need to out support staff who manage small important needs of tourists lack of power supply causing AC/ Geyser not working, no Cable connection, delay in breakfast. that cause u delayed at your planned activities

the hotel has only the locational advantage,otherwise the hotel is not worth of the price paid,as services,hospitality and cleaning of room was not upto the mark,and the service personnel are not trained, checkin time is 12.0 pm and checkout time is 8.30 a.m next day for one day booking,though on our request checkin was allowed but it is not convenient as all other booking were considering checkin / checkout as 12.0 p.m.

It is a under construction property. Apart from this issue we had a satisfactory stay in this property for their decent services. Location of the property is not so difficult to locate.
