Not convenient...On arrival, I had to wait while standing for like 10 minutes without any response from the reception guy, he was just having multiple calls, could have said to wait or anything. Once done the reception guy says it would take more than half or an hour as no rooms are ready (I came 15 later of the check-in time). At the same time other room service staff suggested a room that has a broken bathroom window, I had to adjust with that. In my case, just outside my room these staff guys are hanging, you can clearly hear their talks and laughs. No privacy.

The rooms are kind of nice but the room isnt clean, i could see dirt everywhere from the furniture to the bathroom and even on the cutlery provided with the food order. Initially they provide this single person blanket, when requested they give you another. No remote for the TV. These things make the experience unpleasant. Theres this market nearby the hotel where you could get everything.

they made me pay 500 extra for a room because the room i booked did not have a working ac their refrigator was broken and when we got to the new room even then the ac remote was not working, had to call room service twice to get that fixed

All the staffs were really helpful and was having a very good behaviour Hotel was clean, with good working aminities and also it has a calm and realaxing atmostphere Overall it was a really nice experince

Room condition was not good, washroom was very dirty i was feeling like vomiting bedsheet was smelling, AC not working within 3 hours i check out if u can refund me half of the amount it will be good.

Rooms service is pathetic and they doesn't have restaurant and they are taking food from outside foods quality is was very poor and overpriced also . I never recommend anyone to visit this place.

nice hotel and very best location had a good time in hotel very maintained rooms n clean only AC was little slow but wether was cold so we don't get any problems clean wash rooms
