Everything started well, checkin was good and we wanted to rent a bike and asked the receptionist but he quoted 600 Rs per day, i have visited goa many times and i know the rate very well.... Fortunately we got rented bike outside for 350Rs per day...!! And this is way guests are treated here, we opted breakfast which was below average, cold food not at all worth..!! Next day night by 10pm i requested for water bottle, but this looks strange there was no stock for water bottle and he was least bothered arranging one for guests...!! Check out day, we requested 3 hours delay check out for a payable one receptionist did not agreed...!! Room fridge was worst, no cooling its for name sake only..!! Not a good experience with hotel management and their service...!!! 2 stars is for only ROOM...!!

We had a really nice time, we stayed for 3 days here and it was all worth it. The hotel manager Mr. singh was very polite everytime and he helped us get accomodated easily , and gave us pool side rooms. Room was spaciou, it had fridge, tv, hair dryer, a wadrobe. breakfast and food was good, everything nice and fresh. Property is very near morjim beach. Only problem was the extra bedding was not at all comfortable and the hotel didnt have good extra bedding facility so was not comfortable and staff didnt help much on that. Another thing was, the property was under construction at our time of visit, soo we could see workers roaming about alot, which was disturbing too at that time . I have rated good, as i loved the property and enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay. It is a verry good hotel and the staff are friendly.. Hospitality was amazing. Food was yumm. The next time i will come to goa then will take this hotel again. The hotel location was perfect. Near to beaches. Hotel staffs were friendly and nice too. They even recommend a local adventure sport where the prices are reasonable. Thumbs up :) the room was valued for money and perfect. Thanks for making our trip so memorable with the good service provided.

Had a wonderful experience, staffs were very nice, clean rooms positive vibes near to the beach , affordable , and most important the food was very tasty and price were less comparing to other cafes . You must try veg manchurian it was very tasty. Enjoyed a lot in swimming pool with frnds. And as it is near to the beach so late night walks

Rooms were big enough and very clean. Both the beaches are nearby. They provide scooty rental also plus Clean rooms. Food was amazing. Housekeeping was helpful and cleaned the room on time and they provide every kinds of foods and drinks.

the overall property seems plush. all necessary facilities are available in the room. the only request would be that the reception should be more prompt as it was noticed that there was nobody at the reception to respond at times.

It has two beaches at walking distance. Ashvem beach and morjim beach. It has a big lounge bar restaurant with game pool ,carom. Rooms were big enough to accommodate 4 people with extra bed and mattress.

Absolutely recommended this property. Its on the beach almost and nice care taker with 24*7 restaurants facility. Very neat and clean and big size of room.
