The stay was good. The food was good. Amenities were also nice. Reception was quick in providing anything that we needed. There were only 2 bad things about this hotel. First was it's service. It was really slow.if you will oder snacks in your room(yes you can't oder breakfast lunch or dinner in your room only snacks) it would come late. If you order something in the restraunt it would come late.i'm not saying that the service was bad. It was just slow. The second thing is the road. It is really bad. You have to cross a village. Till there the road is fine but after that the road is really bad for the next 10 to 15 minutes. Would recommend a big car. A sedan would not work here. Overall it's a good hotel with slow service.

Good resort with great food.... only challenge is that Navigating to the same at Night is a challenge as once has to go through a Non cemented dusty road in pitch dark. The food menu is repetitive specially when it comes to sweet dish and there are lack of activities planned at the resort. Other than that its an excellent resort to unwind with one of the best swimming pools around. the staff is very friendly and pleasant......other than the minor hiccups highlighted above , we had a great comfortable stay. thanks

The property was good, though lacks amenities to keep the guests engaged. Considering that the location/ city doesn't have much else to offer it becomes vital for the resort to provide additional entertainment options. The resort needs to work on its service aspect as well. Our safari booking experience was too bad...We had booked a jeep, but was told about 30 mins before departure that we have to take a canter or else cancel the safari plans. Also we had to wait for more than 2 hours for that canter to arrive.

But the isolation, Beauty n peace is what makes this place special. Property is well maintained. Pool side rooms n cottages r worth. super privacy n calm. Go with family n enjoy d Quality time.

FOOD is a disaster here . The money they charge and the buffet spread has no relationship . I could not find any ice cream counter , salad counter , live counter. The location is a way off , pathetic route to the hotel . It’s a BIG NO for your stay . COMPLETEly disgusted with my weekend trip n that too for 2 nights . Even the quality of food is not up to the mark ....

As it's located on the main road itself so location wise it's very good & is very easily locatable as well. The property is fab too & the room & services that they provided to me was awesome, their food was great as well & we had an amazing experience staying here.

Not worth the money you are spending for the stay... service was the worst.. Food I woud say whatever they used to have it for buffet was good but the worst part is they did not have any good options.... hardly rhere were 4 -5 options for breakfast/lunch/ dinner...

The hospitality was amazing. We were upgraded to pool facing room. Next day also we were allowed to do late check out as our train was in the evening. Laal maas was the highlight. Washroom was clean and staff was polite.

This is a great place to stay in Ranthambore. They serve great north indian food. The chef Mr Jagmohan made sure to take feedback for each meal and accommodate any special requests from our end. Would love to visit again.

hotel approach road is very bad, your back strength will be tested. Room service is pathetic, food is just okk and not too much of variety. Except above everything was fantastico about this property, staff, warmth, peace.

Pathetic stay.. the food is terrible.. no options.. dal served during the day was repeated at night.. it is called buffet and u have 2 veg and 2 non veg dishes with 1 sweet dish.. no value for money..

The hotel ambiance and hospitality are very good. We played football, cricket, lagori, dodge ball. Overall food was also delicious except the Chinese preparation.
