I am very disappointed with my stay. We were four people and only one bath towel supplied. Asked numerous times for extra bath towel, but all the times the answer was pending laundry delivery. We had a party on thier party hall. Attn: party organisers; You will be charged for the party food for the number of plates actually used ( kabani f&b will play up with numbers) and not for the number of plates that you booked.Customer service is horrible. The receptionist sounds like arrogant and rough and don’t have a basic level of customer service skills. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone especially for parties.

Horrible experience for us two ladies staying alone. Staff and manager rude and unhelpful. They tried to loot us by charging one full day rent just for keeping our luggage in the room for one extra hour. Totally unsafe. I would give 0 rating for the hotel. Please don't stay here.

Rooms are good, amenities provided tries to be looking like a 4 star hotel, fresh new room but few things to be mentioned are towels provided were not fresh, pillows are too thick, little lack of maintenance Good property in muvtthupuzza

I am disappointed with with their Hot water Facility, it took me 3 or 4 times calling to the lobby for hot water. Air Conditioning was not up to the mark. The room was very clean and tidy.

Great customer service and good food really enjoyed it; however the overall experience was let down by poor wifi. But still a good place and hope they soon improve the wifi network.

We were a couple stayed there. There was only one towel. Only one cup to drink water. Tv didn’t had any channels. Little annoyed.
