It was a below average hotel to stay at,,as being a good property it was very poorly maintained,, rooms were dirty, broken sofa,seepage in most of rooms,, swing area not at all maintained and no lights in swing area during late hours. And it was almost 40km from Patiala Centre. But no doubt had Gud restaurant with good and tasty food served. Special appreciation for Staff Sanjay who was very polite and helpful in every possible way. Administration need to think of its maintenance. Can do far better.

The room are good but too dirty ..no cleaning at all no water the beds are dirty
