KAILASAA RESIDENCY

we have stayed in the kailash hotel for. a night on the priority of visiting arunachaleswar temple coming to pros :1.the staff was very polite in nature. whenever we ask any support for them and they are ready to help us all the time 2. Guidance : we had interaction with Manager Ashok Kumar and he guided us very well regarding the stay and where we could find the best restaurant for food and guided us with the temple. darshan which we completed in around 30 mins which on an average takes around 4 hrs 3.the maintenance of the rooms is very good and the room service is also nice cons :the concern where we faced was when we booked a room for 3 people it generally should be a king sized where 3 people can comfortably sleep but they had arranged us 2 people bed and added an extra bed with an extra charge of Rs 500 and one of us is supposed to sleep on the floor so we had a little discomfort there and one more thing was we are assigned in room where the washroom lock was not properly working hence i would ask the management to solve the issue ASAPoverall it's near to temple so good to stay but one suggestion would be once you have booked the room just make sure you get the right room fit for all the people it was actually very goodapart from the room concernwe enjoyed it a lot since the manager and staff are very polite to us the concern didn't matter much to us

This hotel is not worth 40% of what we have paid, for such poor category rooms. The rooms are low category, mentioned facilities/ services are not available, staff are poor quality.

Hotel located at prime location and easy accessible to temple and its was pleasant stay at Kailasaa Residency.... highly recommended for family... Yes of course.
