Location is a very serene place and considering the resort which is 20yrs old, it’s well maintained. However, there are major maintenance issues which management needs to be resolved to secure future business. Swimming pool is in very bad condition and requires a frequent treating and maintenance. Amenities should bring in a lot of guests. Breakfast variety to be improved and we got all three days same breakfast which is boring for long stay guests. Overall it was an average stay.

I had visited this place with my Mother and Sister. It was a leisure trip. The resort is located approx 8 KM from the city and so should be preferred if you have access to a personal car - The staff does try and arrange transport (Cabs and Auto rickshaws) when asked but the cabs are prohibitively expensive. The facility in itself is very serene with greenery around and clean with rooms facing the backwaters and very helpful staff. The food too was good.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights. Pros : Rooms were big and has all amenities - AC, smart tv, mini fridge The swimming pool is well maintained and big enough Kids play area is available The resort has a good ambience and has lots of greenary to enjoy a peaceful time Cons : Not many food options available and the taste is okay If you are choosing a complimentary breakfast, the choices are very less and not worthy

Rooms are neat and clean. Most of the amenities like water scooter etc were disfunct. Nice swimming pool but very unheigenic and poorly maintained. Food was good and tasty. Otherwise Value for money hotel.

11 km away from town but quiet neat for leisure its not bad... big swimming pool beer available on request. spacious rooms very value for money.
