Bad staff behavior.Found snail and slug in the bathroom. Booked non AC room. Fan in nonAC room was not working. Fan was not repaired till check out and Fan was not available during whole stay. When asked about this issue, staff was arguing with us for no reason. Felt uncomfortable during the stay.

A good simple room has basic features. The Room may feel a bit expensive for the amount we are paying. All the processes are very simple, easy to check and less formalities. All the staff are very friendly and supportive

We had a very horrible stay there. The rooms weren't clean. Service was poor. Sheets were not clean. We felt very uncomfortable that we checked out just 3 hours into the stay to move to another hotel

The entrance of the property was very crowded. I am not so comfortable with the stay as the services and the facilities was not up to the standard.
