The rooms were smaller than what we expected. The AC was not cooling enough. There was wifi available. They do have an in house restaurant but there were very limited options for food and no buffet system. I felt safe staying there with my family as there were security guards present in the property. There's roadside parking available. The hotel is easily accessible and is very near to the market. The staff was good.

I was really frustrated and tired with the travel. I was thinking that how would be the room. But Simply Excellent. Very clean and neat room. I just booked a deluxe room, it's really fantastic. Next time I am eager to try the Suite here. Great ambience.I will blindly recommend my colleagues for this hotel. Thumbs Up. Kindly keep this ambience for ever. Eligible for five star rating. Good reception. Clean room. Cost effective. Complimentary breakfast should be improved. I think. They solar water heater for hot water, felt some difficulties to get hot water in the morning. Bar attached restaurant is much better than family restaurant. Good furniture and ambience. Very near to KSRTC stand. Like to visit again

Staff behavior was good. Amenities and services were very good. Location was nice and near to railway station. There was dining facility. There was cleanliness. There was free breakfast provided as complimentary services.

All are good except the Break fast.Pls advise them to give a Buffet breakfast including cut fruits,Juce & Conflacs. I had only 2 option 1.Appam with Egg curry 2. Dosha with chatni. Very good staff & Excellent service.

the hotel is decent. The food is okay. The checkout experience was really bad since the staff said we just give one water bottle complimentary. Rest you have to pay 35rs for a bottle that's MRP is at 20.

The property lies on the main road. My stay was great here as the cleanliness of the room and the washroom was perfect and simultaneously their facilities and their services was also good.

Rooms are very small and conjusted. Nothing special here. Seems like a bit overpriced. still, I think this is the best available in chalakkudy. Not so many options in this town.
