The location of the property is good. Day reception manager is useless and highly unprofessional. Junior staff, security guard, kitchen staff and housekeeping staff are polite and helpful. No kettle in room, no wifi in hotel, apart from Airtel no other network works in this area. Our exhaust fan didn't work. After following up for 1 entire day the TV DTH was recharged. Kitchen is small but food quality is good. Preferably book and do not walk in. The Day Manager is corrupt and hikes the prices to take a cut. I don't think the owner is aware about this. Biggest blooper: on our last day at 5.30pm we informed the Day Manager that water wasn't coming in the bathroom. He did not take any action. Consequently, I had to wash my hands with drinking water after passing motion. The Night Duty Supervisor or Manager was better than the Day Manager and tried everything to control the situation. Their water motor had malfunctioned. 3 Plumbers, Hotel staff and complaining guests barged into our room after 12 at night as the water submersible motor was installed in our room. Our stay and privacy was completely spoiled. Only because the Day Manager did not pay any heed to our complaint. All the guests suffered due to his stupid and utterly idiotic behaviour. I urge the owner of the hotel to take strict action against the Day Manager. He is only interested in making hidden commission and cuts and not in the wellbeing of guests or hotel administration. He is also very impolite. The hotel has potential if managed properly. Our stay was completely ruined!!!

The hotel is very bad because the staff is less and the pictures are not matching with the reality and on the booking they are showing room with ala-carta breakfast but in reality the kitchen is not working so no tea no breakfast.

Room is to good but under bad maintenance Bedsheet and Pillo is full of Hairs Batroom is not clean at all Mentioned Breakfast but his Kichen is not working

Overall it is nice stay. Staff and location is well peaceful. Staff here are polite in person. Need to do some repairs that's all.
