KARWAAN JAISALMER

Karwaan was the most expensive Desert resort in Sam dunes. I had very high expectations like a 5 star 🌟 resort as their price was same as 5star resorts. The resort is not worth the price paid. Pros: Spacious. Individual tents ⛺ are well spaced to maintain privacy. One can stroll in the resort itself. Cultural Evening: Its of very good quality. Everyone will enjoy it. Tent Size. Adequate Swimming 🏊‍♀️ Pool: size is ok, but not safe for kids. No life guards and safety. Tent ⛺ has good AC Linens Bed sheet Towels clean and good. Cons: Food: Average, very limited menu and not very tasty. probably the resort has very few guest. Adequate drinking mineral water 💧 available . Kids milk was complimentary. Dining 🍽 Hall: Big enough but not very clean full of dust. Hygiene is a issue. ⛺ Tents: No wifi, TV, Tea maker, Fridge mini baar. Noisy noise of gensets coming all the time may not be in all tents. No activity for kids. No high tea in resort, one has to go to Sand dunes for tea by either paying for Camel or SUV. Workers do not meet the high standards of a luxury resort. Overall just good for one night 🌙 stay Have morning and evening vist to Dunes and check out. stay in other hotels to enjoy other local cultures. They need to improve alot to meet the standards 5 🌟 or should reduce their charges.

Had a wonderful & quite peaceful stay at Karwaan, for 2 days. Staff: Staff is very polite & helpful. Really appreciate all their efforts to make sure guests are doing ok. camp: Camp is beautifully set up, just like i saw in pictures. well maintained cultural program: thoroughly enjoyed the cultural program arranged in the evening. Artists presenting were all very talented. desert Safari & Hi tea: went on a early morning desert Safari to watch sun rise, it was a fun Safari riding through the dunes. Hi Tea was well set up by the Staff for all the guests at a beautiful location in desert with beverages & snacks. it was quite a wonderful experience to Witness sunset being in middle of a desert. property is very beautiful & well maintained. overall, I had a wonderful stay here & will visit again when in Jaisalmer!!! Big Thanks to all the Staff members for being the best host!!!!

I highly recommend Karwaan to anyone seeking a truly positive experience. Their evening hight tea in between sand dunes . Ride to this place and their cultural program is top notch . The aroma wafting from the kitchen is absolutely tantalizing. A skilled chef can transform ordinary ingredients into culinary masterpieces. Each dish is a testament to their creativity and passion for food. It's a joy to savor the flavors and textures they so carefully craft.
