Hotel Kashi Pride

I checked in and the room was like a murder scene. There was blood on the pillow. It looked like I dragged my suitcase wheels all over the bed. There was paint peeling off the walls. The towels were all yellow and red stained. The shower gel was half full. I told the front desk and he just said oh well clean the room. So I asked if I can just have another room. The room itself was a bit larger and the bathroom was better. However the towels were still stained. The duvet was stained. The sheets had holes in them. Never again would I return. If you have a lot of luggage it might be an issue. You have to walk up a flight of stairs before you reach the elevator that will take you to the receptionist.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights.I had wonderful experience here.I took breakfast,lunch and evening snacks(noodles) food was delicious.Service was also Upto mark.The receptionist is also helpful and well behaved.If you want to travel from this location you can easily get ericksaw and auto,Uber and Ola are also available for this location in Varanasi. highly recommended. Thanks

the hotel was decent but the equipments in the room were pretty bad. their tv had only free channels and also they were not working properly. there was no ac in the room , they had a centralised duct but even that was not working. no proper amenities were provided at the time of check in. overall a disappointing experience

Ac was not working for almost 8-12 hours in this bad humid weather its very difficult to survive Cleaning process is also dull as no one came to clean the room after i called multiple times but no actions taken !
