Hotel Heritage Almora is an excellent option to get a glimpse of heritage ambience blended with spectacular views. It is situated on Mall road and offers large parking facilities. Wonderful stay and the staff was really supportive. View from the balcony is extremely beautiful. This hotel is just 50 m from main market. All the places which are worth to explore near the kausani are nearer to this place. Hotel staff Mr. Neeraj was too much supportive and cooperated in all aspects of stay. Try to stay in the lap of nature with this hotel. It will really be a lifelong experience.

location was quite good as well as the room (If you are booking this hotel, take deluxe room instead of standard one). The hotel owner was kind enough to arrange bonfire for us. however, room service is not up to the mark. We ordered our dinner around 7.30 pm but did not get it. we had to starve the entire night. The lady in charge of the reception was not helpful at all.

my experience of staying here was awesome. The staff was very humble and supportive. They provided quick services. Although there were few issues but the staff promptly resolved and displayed the very sense of hospitality and professionalism. I would definitely recommend everyone to staying here for your visit to Kausani. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Food was okay for dinner, for breakfast they provided only single food item, variety was not there. Deluxe room service was not good, some amenities as described online were missing from rooms, No electric kettle or room heater was there. Average stay

Basic room, too small for family. But good enough for explorers seeking basic stay. Restaurant arrangements are amazing, safe parking space available. Hardly 100-150mtrs from town centre, but no view of Himalaya (biggest downside)

Though hotel is located in nice neighbourhood and ambience is gud to enjoy but travel assistance is not up to that mark which brings it down other wise food quality is good enough and hotel staff is also good.

Paid food I found good, but breakfast which was booked during booking of hotel was very poor. Hotel had asked payment for food only in cash. no card or wallet payment. Staff was cooperative.
