Spacious Room and Bathroom.Well-Behaved and polite Staffs.Tasty food at reasonable price.But there were 2 minor issues : Wi-Fi was not working properly.I had to attend meetings but couldn't do it properly. Also TV doesn't had any HD channels for that standard this was expected.However Overall a very nice experience, will love to visit again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel during our family trip (2 kids). The room (Imperial) was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for all of us. Good location. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was consistently good. Overall, a nice experience.

The hotel is lovely with an excellent staff. The location is in the heart of the city and everything available just a shout away. The restaurant is excellent and breakfast heavenly. I give the hotel 5 stars! They took all care of our commute and sightseeing with their travel desk

Great hotel. Location is good, close to main street. Mildly noisy. Easy to get cabs standing near the hotel. Easy going and helpful staff. Smoke smell was there, not sure if its the hotel or just Kolkata.
