---I recently stayed at Kesar Bagh Resort, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had, especially after spending for just a day. Right from the start, there was no valet parking, which set a bad tone for a supposedly premium resort. The staff lacked professionalism – I felt like I was checking into an ordinary hotel, not a high-end establishment.Building a good infrastructure alone does not make a great hotel. They need trained, professional staff to create a welcoming and efficient experience. Even though I had pre-booked dinner, they didn’t have a buffet, and it took more than 30 minutes to get any food after ordering. To make matters worse, despite specifically asking for non-spicy food, everything served was spicy. To top it all off, many items listed on the menu weren’t available, which makes me wonder why they even run such an expensive resort if they can’t deliver on basic services.This was a thoroughly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend Kesar Bagh Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.i ll never recommend this hotel here kesarbagh only have infrastructure i dnt think they r who really want to run a five star hotel
