it was wonderful and very cozy stay at kesari palace banaras.❤️ Now it has become my second home . whenever I visit banaras this is the place I will stay. Thank you Mr. Dawood, Mr pankaj and other friendly staff. very very good hospitality. awesome food. cosy room. serene atmosphere. little away from the city and best location. ours was with bfast and one meal. Mr Dawood made sure that food would not repeat and we don't feel bored. He paid special attention to make our stay memorable. very helping staff. and very very good service. everyday rooms were ckeaned in the morning only. I don't know everyone's names but all were standing on toes to serve us in better way. once again thank you all DIL se🙏

Food quality worst, never take food from their restaurant, their tea coffee, breakfast and dinner everything is worst and bad in taste. No co-operative staff. Overpriced and no deals for corporate customers. Their rooms are so small and they're considering those rooms in deluxe category. Towels are old, surface is not clean at all. Always book from Goibibo or any other app otherwise they'll take very high price from you. Worst food quality and taste, complementary breakfast is just for namesake. Menu is so bad if you're selecting complementary breakfast. Try to take food from zomato .

The exhaust of the restroom wasn't working and the staff weren't bothered about the bad smell due to which. The TV was just for the name sake as it did not work right from the time we checked in . There were lot of insects in the room and the rooms alloted to us wasn't in the condition that should have been provided to the guests. All in all the amount that we spent for two days for the room was a total waste and it really was a bad experience and the complimentary breakfast given to us was a disaster. Kindly refund atleast the partial amount and oblige.

I've chosen MAP Plan as per goibibo package but they've offered worst food like bad quality (not fresh) dal fry and worst mix veg with worst type tandoori roti. They're providing no customisation in food even nothing was mentioned in package but now they're behaving like only this is the part of the package. Worst food worst food worst food. Food quality is bad for health, staff is so rude. Lack of politeness in staff. In their breakfast, their coffee is of powder milk.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Well lighted rooms and corridors. The location is good, adjacent to Sankat Mochan Temple and 8 mins from Assi ghat. You can easily find transportation outside the hotel. Improvements- - The food can be better, it was good but can be improved. - Lift was not working, and no repair was being done. So that needs to be fixed.

Small property, room are very small barely any space to walk inside the room, small geyser which was leaking and not enough for one person to take bath in hot water. Restaurant served good food, free breakfast had very limited menu but was tasty. Guys in reception need some customer handling skills, look grumpy and talk carelessly. Property is next to sankat mochan temple. Just ok

The hotel is at an excellent and clean location. Rooms are clean and bathroom is spic and span. I would definitely refer it to one and all with just 1 exception - DO NOT expect breakfast between 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and do not book rooms during marriage season. loud Music plays till 11 PM in the banquet hall on 1st floor. I hope they improve on timing of breakfast.

Hotel location is prime, hotel premises is clean but room and bathroom are quite small, food quality is good but there is need of improvement of staff behaviour. room AC was not working properly, it unloaded for more than 10 minutes, leading to suffocation in the room.

Overall hotel is good but overpriced. Initially lift was not working but after complain got repaired. Room is small but clean and bathroom is good. Hotel staffs are well behaved and polite. Parking space is very small. Restaurant is very good.

This hotel is no more upto the mark now. Torn blanket and dirty linen, washroom door doesnt get locked, constant leakage from the geyser all the time, limited breaksfast menu. this was my 4th stay at this hotel.Never faced such a problem
