Hotel Kewal

There is no 0 rating hence giving 1 star....I had booked this stay for my elderly parents. I called the hotel and specifically asked to give clean linen and give all the help elderly people need But the experience was so substandard that senior citizens had to carry their own luggage......Not worth nor of any decent standard. Rooms lack several essentials. Kettle is placed, but no any tea/coffee rations were kept. On contacting the reception two teabags were sent through a cleaner with 2 sashes of whitener and sugar. There’s a need to be more generous in providing facilities to be rated as a 3 star. Bathroom was stinking quite like a public toilet. Not even a soap and other toiletries were provided. The hot water tap gave lukewarm water, not hot enough. Supply of 2 towels with stain marks & 1 hand towel for 2 PAX for 24 hours were scarce by any standard. Laundry of linen provided were not up to any standard. Room service took order to serve dinner at 6.40 pm and bearer placed the order in the room at 7.30. null turned up thereafter. so we kept the plates outside the room and went to sleep. We were disturbed from deep sleep around 11.15 pm by the bearer to sign the bill which was double the food supplied. No any signage such as "do not disturb or Clean the room" were available to be placed on the door-handle. These are normally provided by any respectable hotel. Quality of Breakfast supplied was pathetic. We were to leave as soon as breakfast was served. We reached the restaurant at 7.30 am which was the designated time. Items reached one by one , and finally after waiting for over 45 minutes, upsetting our entire schedule. At check out, we waited for bell boy for several minutes and finally carried down our own luggage. Hotel does not provide any safe parking. We were asked to park our car outside the hotel compound , alondside the road, slushy due to rains. Parking at owners risk was promptly put up too.

Things which they need to improve:- 1. Their WiFi connectivity is of no use in rooms, one has to come to lobby or reception area to attend any important office meetings, which is very discomfort. 2. The room which I was given was having flush issues. 3. Stains in the bathrooms. 4. Generally Morning tea is given as complimentary nowadays in 2 star hotels as well but they are charging ₹37 per tea which is a 4 star rated tea. 5.extra water bottle of 500ML they charge 16 Rs which is not fair 6. My room wasn't having water jug and kettle was kept for show, no extra coffee or sugar pouches are given. 7. Room service just used to come and make the bed but didn't changed pillow or blankets. so, over a average experience!

very bad experience due to hotel staff . not recommended all for any function... lift are been kept closed when the function is on .lights are kept off purposely while the function is going on . don't go guys . not recommended at all . five elements very bad .. worst experience I ever had in any hotel ...

There was no lock for the bathroom the ac was locked so couldn’t change the temperature it was hot in d room asked them to help put on the ac no one came. He curtains were broken n there was dust on the edges . Asked him for tea he said to come down to the restaurant and have .
