Hotel's amenities, service, cleanliness and rooms were on point. Overall really good experience and loved the stay. The hotel owner is really kind a humble guy. I booked the hotel on the wrong date and i called him and explained everything about how it was a blunder from my side. But to my surprise, he was convinced and let us stay for free the next day. It really felt great that he understood our problem. As a couple, the place feels safe, to be honest. Like everyone got physical needs and to get it done without being harassed or judged is really good. The staff doesn't pass any comments or smiles or stares weirdly and that's the best part of it. Will continue to stay at Kingston park whenever I'm in Delhi.

The room was comfortable and value for money. The most impressive part of our stay was the service extended by the staff. They sure walk an extra mile for the customer service, very polite and ready to serve at any time of the day. Though the south Indian was not available, the food served was very good, fresh and delicious. The staff even went out of way to help us to find information for our personal needs like finding the distance, best transportation mode and fares. We loved every day of our stay. A little delay in serving food sometimes as their kitchen was not in the same building.

Both the managers and staffs too are very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are very clean, especially the washroom. Ac is split so you can sleep well with no disturbing noise of AC. Enjoyed staying 4 nights in the hotel. Best part of the hotel is its location. It is located at a quiet and peaceful place very near to metro station. I advice travelers to try this hotel if you are planning to stay in Karol Bagh area. I checked more than 10 hotels but this is the best one i found and my family is also very happy staying in this hotel. Thank you alot to the entire hotel team

Excellent stay. Hassle-free checkin. tasty food. butter rotti + aloo mutter was delicious yet light on stomach. very clean toilet with essential toiletries in place. only thing missing was kettle though you can avail hot water through professional room service. will defenitely be in my goto hotel in delhi. one con is mobile network. not even a point due to which i wasnt able to get otp. need to step outside and reach window to get some signal (jio n airtel poor network there)total privacy. cozy stay.

I booked here for 2 nights because I wanted to see the experience, hygiene and staff behavior first. I must say they stood beyond my expectations. The check in was hassle free. Every staff's behaviour is good, well mannered and well trained. They have a breakfast buffet system in morning which was really good. All the items taste we very good. Also the hotel's menu rates a reasonable and good food and beverages. Recommended. safety, security, politeness, staff courtesy

I stayed there for 3 nights with my friends,the room was nice,clean. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. We reached there but early and asked for room with window. Staff is really cooperative, they gave option to choose in rooms and also gave us the room 1hr before check in time . Thanks for the service. Recommend this hotel for stay with family or friends.
