The room was superb, room service and front office was very quick, they made reservations and all so fast check in, The bathroom needs to be cleaned as the attached photo can see alge was on the wall and the rest all was good service and all. electricity they have back up whenever electricity goes it suffers for 40 to 65 sec. to get lights on. TV installation sports channels are not there all about asking for a subscription, I think that should be included in the room. superb and overall I have enjoyed my stay. Thanks to all of you from the front office to IRD boys all of you have worked really hard.

Lobby not cleaned, bathroom handshower not working, flash not working. AC noise need to to switchover due to high noise, Fan regulator not working. for 1 night stay is good but price is not justified.

Dirty beds.Dirty bedrooms and lobby full of cigarette smoke.not suitable at all for families very rude staff and unsecured hotel
