I recently stayed at KPK Residency for one night, and while the location is undeniably prime, there were several issues that made the stay less than ideal. The TV worked as expected, which was a positive, but unfortunately, the other amenities fell short. The AC was overly chilled, and we weren't provided with a remote to adjust it ourselves. Each time we wanted to change the temperature, we had to call the reception—a pretty inconvenient arrangement. Similarly, the heater was controlled by the reception, leaving us with no control over it in the room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable, especially when temperature adjustments were needed. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Worse still, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; there was too much dirt on the beds, which was quite off-putting. While the location is excellent, the issues with comfort, cleanliness, and lack of control over basic room amenities are things that need serious attention to improve the guest experience. I hope these concerns are addressed to make future stays more pleasant.

Good Stay and enjoyed with family Good large room with A/c properly working and good toilet and wash room facilities and good room boys to serve for the child and women. Safe place to stay with family.
