The Executive Room which we stayed was very spacious, well maintained and clean.The room has 2 ACs surprisingly... The property is well maintained, courteous staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant.Do not expect a buffet breakfast here..but even the food that they serve is good.For those who love Kerala lunch, this place is very good..Will visit the property again for sure..Value for money...Only issue was non availability of a lift...aged persons will be in trouble. Near to Rly stn too....

Excellent. The location though close to the railway station, is not close to the main entrance of the railway station. Also, it is no near the city centre and bit isolated. No shops near by. But nevertheless it was a good stay. Easy access to bus station is there and the in house restaurant is a big help

Wonderful stay.. it's a recently renovated hotel.. in the heart of the kannur city, very near to bus stand and railway station.. they offer 24 hr check in check out facility.. there s a running restaurant in this hotel.. i didn't try tho.. there is no lift.. highly recommended

1. It's a friendly gesture to a guest to allow a late check out at his request, if the hotel doesn't have the pressure of current bookings. 2. Guest linen supplied is old and worn out. Bath linen should be replaced once in three months t least.

the location is close to ksrtc bus stand kannur, just about 600m. the staff @ desk was very courteous and lively. the room is spacious, with wardrobe, table, ac, tv, and kettle. bathroom is well maintained and had hot water supply

My stay was good. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the shower and pipe were very slow to dispense water, and I had to wait a long time to fill up the bucket. Everything else was good.

It's really a nice place to stay. Staffs are very good. Food is good. Walkable distance from Kannur railway station. Family friendly. Silent place. Ample car parking. Overall a nice place.
