the facility was a pleasant experience in total. reception was cordial upon arrival and smooth check in. tent city was well planned and much beautiful. cottage provided was just as shown in picture with all basic and decent facilities. only mineral water was not there otherwise everything was taken care well. taps had hot water in this cold weather which was very soothing. meals were served in a separate well planned dining area, food was simple but in good variety, hot and tasty. only problem was slow supply. staff behaviour was good, helping but too slow in action ( may be short in numbers) overall a good experience we had.
