HOTEL KUNJ BIHARI NEAR VISHNUPAD TEMPLE

The hotel is just for stay, no other service is provided. When we reached they alloted us a room that was recently constructed and we were the first occupants for the room. It was dusty, the bathroom was full of dust, there were no curtains on the window, the almirah was full of dust anything kept on the shelves got dirty. No TV, No bucket, no dustbins, no drinking water nothing. They would buy water bottles from outside and give you. They give you a food menu but they don't have even a kitchen for as basic things as tea. The menu says the food would be pure veg and prepared without onion and garlic, but when the guy from the restaurant came he gave a bill that read "specialist in champaran meat". It was outright fraud in my eyes. The only plus for this hotel is it's location, and it has lift otherwise it offers nothing more than a room to sleep and the fare for this is really high. The guy at the reception is useless, he would not even afree that there's a problem. When we complained to him that the food came from a palce that specialises in meat, his response was 'apke khane me to nahi tha na' i was so dumbstruck at this response. I couldn't even reason with him. Horrible Service.

The room was not clean then we have to ask the manager for cleaning. Cockroaches are in room. A baby size wash basin in washroom. Only lodging facility and no tea nothing is available. We had booked the room but no information to hotel staff for our booking.

The worst stay ever! The hotel is poorly located, not easily identifiable from the road. The man at reception had no clue about the booking through ibibo so gave us a room, which didn't have a Western toilet, no toiletries, water bottle.

water was not provided. the room was even not clean and not a good room provided though I stayed there for just 6 hrs and when asked to extend the duration of stay for 1-2 hrs more they were charging extra money🥲
