Staff is friendly . For me the person sitting at reception cooperative . Foods are really good like home made . Staff is well behaved and staff spoken nature. Stay for 4 days. Nandini Road filled with hotels but this is my 2nd trip when I choose Kusum then every one else. love the atmosphere, clean rooms great bed and great washroom... I will visit again in couple of month..
