only play area was something which was like shown in pics while booking.initially room was given so pathetic even in that smell animals can't live. when asked they have changed both of our rooms, one on very same day and other after one day.one will vomit after eating their food if not get sick.property is at road side if u have gotten road side room than your trip is far from over due to regular honking of vehicles.property is not suitable for families good for chhapries who are coming there to drink and enjoy. and surely they have made it a sasta goa due to their activities.

Definitely recommended if you are visiting Pondicherry with your family. Comfy rooms with decent enough service. The best thing about the hotel is the food it serves. Whatever we tried was very good at very affordable prices. Location: 900 mtrs from Serenity Sea Beach, on the main highway that connects to Chennai. Rooms: 3.5 | Service: 4 | Food: 4.5 😍 | Location: 4 | Value for Money: 3.5 Cozy rooms with very good service and food. Loved the home-like ambience where you can definitely come outside your rooms and gossip with your family members in the lobby.

I had not booked hotel before reaching puducherry,reaching there I incidently booked this hotel La Courtyard.I think I had taken wise decision by choosing this hotel ,all the staffs are very cooperative and polite and they are ready anytime to help us out and always keep in mind whatever the guests require.Moreover serenity beach is just 7mins walk away and the hotel is near highway which is plus point for tourists.Overall the hotel is fine,hygenic and well maintained.

Decent place for a layover, staff was kind. Parking needs to improve, parking was behind the hotel. Room door locking needs to improve. Bed linen was also fine, rest the room was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. I did not consume any food or beverages there. Good

One of the worst hotels I have been to. The sheets were dirty and a bit moist. The whole room smelled like mould. The hand wash bottle was broken. The lightning was quite low. Had to call them to provide basic amenities like water bottle and soap. No towels either.

Initially we were given deluxe room(1st floor) which was different from what we have booked and was not recommended for family travellers. then upon request, we got the room(executive room) thats been booked by us located in ground floor.

conjusted small rooms with no ventilation. molds in bathroom and the rooms are almost on the road so hear all highway traffic for night.I will never recommend this to anyone.don't go by the pics it's too old.

We stayed in a family room, staff behaviour was good, decent and clean room. The problem is maintenance , dish tv cable broken, out of two a/c one a/c getting tripped ,wifi with no internet connection.

There wasn't any difference between standard and deluxe rooms. No towel, brush and toothpaste were provided. Breakfast was average.
